In order to provide our beverage services at your home or event site, we're going to need from you a few very important things:
Adequate Power
- Two 110 outlets on separate circuit breakers or fuses (20 amps each)
- Outlets must be within 200 feet of the coffee set up
- Outlets cannot share the same circuit breaker or fuse
OR
- One 208V/220V 20 or 30 amp service
- and one 110V service for brass
OR
- One 220V 50 amp 4 line service
OR
- Space within 150 feet for a gasoline/diesel generator
- (generator charge is $125 per day)
Space for Cart, Espresso Machine, and Dome
Horizontal Space
- Without our cart, we need as little as 3ft x 2ft (like a kitchen countertop). An ideal space would be 6ft x 2ft (like a tabletop).
- With our cart, we need about 8ft x 6ft floor space.
Vertical Space
- Our carts are 42" high.
- Our espresso machines by themselves (no dome) are 24" high.
- Our espresso machines with brass or copper domes are 54" high.
- A complete package (cart, espresso machine, and dome) is 8' high.

- One sturdy 8 foot table
- One sturdy 4 foot table or countertop
